This has passed around the Philippines by families for generations. They say that some people have the tongue of an angel. What I'm trying to say that there have been many instances that I've said things highly unlikely happening (just for fun, like you'll trip over on your performance) and it happens. It also coounted as precog but I want others' opinions.

I dont know much, but some family inherits those abilities, you may have inherited it, or maybe is just conciedence, but thats unprobable.

 PD: is like you suddenly say it with no reason? and it happens?, so I do (sometimes) its really funny looking at my friend faces when I say something stupid and then it happens

I'll give you what I know

Evolved throat chakra gives you conitrol over voice and sound and has many superb effects yet from my experience it's neglected.

With my voice I can currently attune to objects and just feel out the sound they make and say it.

I can vibrate words and names very efficiently.

Attuning to a person and vibrating something into them and making it happen I know is possible.

But I don't do attacks.

Sound is physical manifestation of vibration

With sound you can access all dimensions
All chakras
You can accss the level where your energy is vibrating and your physical body is vibrating
Access dimensions unseen

Access different levels of consciousness

They beautiful thing is it's where your at.

Air is more than oxygen

The sun does more an illuminate

It creates gravity and magnetism

The element we call air holds the magnetic field of the earth.

As such magnetism isnt just a facot of vibration it is THE HOLDER OF VIBRATION or THE FIELD IN WHICH ALL VIBRATION IS HELD.

As you see from radio vibrations can be programmed to do anything

And so to can sound

You find out the right sounds for the right chakra and you program that sund with thought you just sing the tone and you create what it does infinitely.

Everything from the most complex of constructs tot e most simplest of commands can be communicated.

Everything a radionics machine can do with vibrational frequency can be done with evolved throat chakra (human body for that matter) as a rule of rhumb for it allows you to tune to variation on that level

As far as precog goes vibration, speed, size, movement create illusion of time

Through voice you can access those vibrations so speaking through space and time is ENTIRELY possible ( glad I thought agouut it I'm going to have to try that out myself )

The secret to time travel is found in vibration. Hyper dimension resonator.

Sound is powerful.

Get a simple recorder (the flute)

You don't need a complex instrument you just need something that can make the seven sounds that repeat themselves at different octaves (what we call notes) so that your air can make that specific sound in that specific dimensional area.
Currently I'm experimenting with the magic of sound. Or psi and sound whatever word you want to use.

But in the end your programming people or your accessing INFINITE NOW through sound.

Have someone scan your throat chakra deeply.  Besides how healthy it is have them look at formation of it.
Tis part i don't know about. I don't scan so that's just a suggestion.

I'd suggest dowsing question. I'd also suggest working with a mantra like OM or AUM. Those are sounds that you know effect you by saying them so it gets you in a different mode when your saying words that you know have power beyond just saying regular ones. It'll make you realia oases you didn't have and that's an easy mantra cause it's the sound of all that is.

Next after that get an object and try to "attune" to it with your voice by breathing in with or using the common attune techique you use but instead with your throat chakra.

From there you program it with sound and see it's effects. That should tell you if your voice is like that or not. You have over 700 posts so I assume you have the base skills needed to do this.

But everything else is me messing around with sound.

Also abilities to decipher INFINITE NOW don't begin at throat your mind first has to have that power you just interpret through word.

Like through psychic knowing i can talk to people and stuff I didn't know will be said and I'll learn right along with my talking and since everything else I saidi acted as if i knew I just keep talking like I knew it.

It happens all the time. Everyday part of life for me.

But knowing doesn't come from voice, it comes from how my mind is made up. Same for you if you have precog words.
