Some people use psi from their body and some use it from outside.
And psi from environment can be classified into two types, the universe and the earth.
Which one do you usually use??
I prefer to psi from environment because that won't hurt myself if my ability of producing psi is not strong enough.

Like you I use external energy, I've found that personnel energy is not powerful enough to create a change in reality. I use external energy to supplement and increase the force of my personnel energy. That's just me. Works extremely will.

Various sources, mostly my own.  Depends on what I'm doing.  I have a ton of generators that run all the time that store energy for me in case I were ever to need a lot of energy without having to gather energy from the earth, sun, etc.

I think it's the easiest way while personal is not strong enough.
But some Chinese told me that when you drew energy from external, sometimes the energy you drew was spirit and that would make you be attacked.

Vital force and Chi are basically the same energy. Just different names. Drawing spirit energy would be like drawing death essence. Most spirits are nothing more than shades, like a spirit memory/thoughtform. A remnant.

I'm working on my own storage/generator project myself. I can get into a few hydro electric power plants (work related). I figure if I can use a personnel linking sigil in those's places I could possibility draw/store the raw kinetic energy from the turbines/flywheels. That's a lot of motive force, if I can tap this energy....well we'll see.

For me I just drain it from the surroundings around me, at times from myself, at times from others. It's always random.

External or Internal. Eternal energy is vital when your own energy is not sufficient enough so you can gather energy from outside sources.
