As a new years resolution I chose to do a year long experiment in which I created and fired two sigil that work with each other. One to fuel and strengthen the other, the second one is the ability sigil.
The fuel/strength sigil is basically what are you willing to do to enhance an ability, the seconded is the ability. For this project I chose psychokinesis.
The strength sigil statement goes like this.
" (x) strengthens my ability to / mentally create physical movement"
The ability sigil statement goes like this.
"Through the focus / of my thoughts / I can mentally create / remote physical movement"
(X) can be either a restriction or an action that you wish to take in order to fulfill the conditions.
/ is used to break up the statement for easier sigilization.
The idea is to plant the seed of belief in my subconscious and actualize that belief through practice. Kind of reinforcing a thought until it manifests.
