I once almost got electrocuted by lightning when I was conjuring rain and after it started raining I charged my body with enough psi to blast the wind gusts to such a velocity that that it started raining. The clouds were already dark so all I had to do was to get them to pour rain. It was drizzilling at first but as I overcharged myself it poured like crazy afterwards and then the lightning that came almost hit me. Damn I ran out of the backyard like speedy gonzales. I can't seem to make it rain when it's sunny outside has anyone got that advanced to change the climate completely from one to another. I can only start the rain when the clouds are dark. Meaning I'm making it rain faster than it's natural start should be.

Usually, manipulation of the weather is hard to perform(macro-psychokinesis).  Even if it is performed, such as making the wind blow or it to rain/rain harder, as nature is nature, it can change because of anything when it wants to.  You have to ask yourself this question:  Is nature doing this because it wants to trick me, or am I really controlling how nature is acting?  You can never completely test to see if what you are doing is caused by you or just nature itself.

Remember occam's razor: the truth is usually that which requires the least proof, or that which will break the smallest amount of established theories.

That's why I set up dates when it's not gusty outside and create gusts to see if i'm actually doing it or it's the weather it's self. Great point Adfeng.
