I'm good at feeling energy, causing tingeling the moment I associate the feeling with a thought. Yet straight will is harder to do. Plus I seem to be able to generate energy from my hands more than the rest of my body. I think it's a block or from practicing with my hands to much lately than overall full body sensation. What would be some good technique to generate energy from all chakras than just the hand ones. Thanks.

My idea is to focus on where the energy is stagnant, or where it is hard to run energy.. use energy from parts of your body where you can do it without trouble. Then try and slowly move energy from where it is easy to where it is hard.. Do this once a day or so, for a few weeks, maybe your energy body will loosen up..

Just my idea, you should have it verified by someone else before you do it.

The idea of a mental block is that you're convinced you can't do something when really you can, be it consciously or subconsciously. The best (and I guess the only) way to get rid of it is to convince yourself that you can do it, or in this case convince yourself that you don't in fact need your hands to use/move psi. Try whatever works for you: reason it out in a logical way, tell yourself you don't need your hands a million times, ask someone likely to convince you whether or not you need your hands, whatever works for you to convince your subconscious mind that you don't need your hands.

If it's a different kind of block, I'm afraid I can't help you.

Alright I will try your advice, my initial thought was to focus on other parts of my body slowly. In meditative states it's really good to project energy from my whole body than just hands. Stolide told me using hands will cause a block. I'll try to retrain my body.
