I just have a few questions concerning the middle pillar:
1) What is its purpose? Is it meant to circulate energy inside the body, like chi-kung, and also the aura? What does it help accomplish?
2) Is it necessary to recite the words for each region?
3) Is it enough to imagine energy flowing slowly from the head to toe, or does it have to come from the orbs in specific locations?
4) Is there any particular way to circulate the energy aroud the aura, or are all ways acceptable, as long as energy is circulated well and in a uniform manner around the body?
Please help, there are a whole bunch of techniques online, and I confused. Can someone with good experience and insight help?

The tree of life is DIVINE UNITY of all things. You mave read about many systems. The chakra system, the ying system, ki, merridians, ka system of breathing, magnetic body, and let us not forget the layers of the physical body.
You have heard the perspective that we are just water.

THE TREE OF LIFE IS THE CONNECTOR OF ALL PRINCIPLES.
The very microcosm of how THE UNIVERSE WAS CREATED is personified into it. In this way, it is a metaphorical tree and it was called a tree back then for that level of consciousness in which it was on. In truth, it is not a tree. For a tree only exists in direct relationship to the earth. adn although from a certain perspective we are trees, the tre of lifes very existance allows you to
ACCESS AND EXIST IN ALL PERSPECTIVES AT ONCE AND AS YOU DESIRE.
The part of you that is all water and the perspective in which that is real. .
The part of you that is all fiire for fire is change and this world is always change exists iwthin the tree of life.
The part of you that is all air for air is mind personifies into it.
The tree of life teaches us that the universe was created FROM ALL PERSPECTIVES AT ONCE.
So that means that the allagorical tale of the 7 layers of consciousness manifesting in a world of duality that we call the "genesis" creation story is as accurate as the sacred geometry one, as the tao de ching one, and even the big bang. For the universe was created in all spheres at once.
THIS WAS CREATED TO SAY THAT
THE TREE OF LIFE ALLOWS YOU TO ACCESS ALL MODES OF REALITY.
2. Significance of names.
GOD is different for everyone for they have different needs.
For a female. for a man.
For a bird.
For the sky.
For the planet.
In fact, GOD is different things at different levels of reality/levels of consciousness/or energetic vibrations of reality.
As such simply by saying the name of the spheres you experience them.
The simple repetence of the name of GOD for that sphere heals them.
Since GOD is all things and humans are only one thing at a time while GOD is all things at all times. Relgions of old has had several names for GOD to put in perspective. You don't know if GOD will help you but you know that which you call "THE ALL SALVATION" will save you for it's salvation itself. You don't know if GOD will forgive you but you know that which you call "FORGIVENESS" itself will save you.
Besides different names, GOD needs to be looked at in certain ways for ALL has countless functions.
Telling GOD what you want and telling the universe what you want is in two different perpsectives. You have a different idea about AUM than you have about GOD even though they are one.
And so the names are GODs name for those spheres and the energy of such will heal such spheres.
I suggest using YHWH (YehWehWehHeh or replacing any of the vowels with anhy other vowels ) than "jehova"
God isn't a limit, so don't let whatever limiting ideas you have about him limit what you can do with it.
But now you see how important those names are. They are healing themselves.

The advantages are endless and the more you study the more you understand how great it is.
The sphere da'ath i know from personal experience effects how you see the reality around you before what your trying to manifest manifests.
the sphere of kether when it helps you say that your will is so regardless of your surroundings.
The sphere tipherath deals with negative automated self talk
the sphere of yesod deals with awter, emotions, sex, ying yang body
malkuth is earth. it does with earth, and it also where all illness manifests.
So whatever advantage you get from being able to take the forces of a level of consciouness itself and to directly manifest it into the world through malkuth ise the advantage of the middle pillar rite.
The spheres handle so many different things, whatever cocktail of experience you desire and are in need for manifested through such a path to earth is their advantage.
Bringing heaven to earth along with whatever your trying to manifest. what ever trait your trying to bring into existance. Whatever practice your doing down to the ground is what's going on here.
From this perspective you could be like "I don't know if GOD exists?" and then you vibrate his names and you actually start feeling the energy manifesting and your like "oh crap i didn't know one of GOD's function was sending me energy healing upon request!"
Mantras and things like this expand your idea on what GODs function is.
Also, you should say the name of the sphere you want to focus on and the name of GOD in it and see what your thinking because they'll evoke you thinking from a different perspective.
