Hey there, Im not new to this sort of suff but just need guidance on how to move forward and learn more things.

First off, constructs. I know all about contrsucts just cant get the hang of it. I read posts where members make advanced constructs and stuff like that. I know how to make a construct, say i was just reshaping the psiball into a different shape, how in the hell am i meant to know it actually changed shape. If i programmed it to follow me, how do i know its following me? If i were to shape it into a string of psi, how am i meant to know its shaped like a string? You know my drift.

Dont get me wrong, i know about sensing and all, just im pretty sure if your trying to sense it your brain would automatically put up an image in your mind of something your trying (or atleast wanting) to sense. I dont understand, do you people that can sense 'see' or 'feel' the psi? You know its there for sure?

Sorry if it seems im an argumentative skeptic wanting proof (dont they all ¬_¬) , im actually not. Fully aware PSI exists (for it is only energy) just want to expand my abilities. (Not going to lie, i have been into energy manipulation for years and years, read up hundreds of hours of articles on every site you can imagine and still can only make a psiball and nothing else)

What ive done;
I can make a strong psiball instantly; ive tryed to change its shape into.. lets say a triangle but once i use visualization (and others in experimentation) to do so and im thinking to myself *so, has it changed:S feels the same*
- I can successfully make the ball hot and cold.

Just need guidance from you lot... btw those weebly sites some of you got (Stolide etc) very helpfull.
Thanks(:

Did you try reading this post I wrote: http://shiftedperspectives.net/forum/index.php/topic,1921.0.html

I wrote it on the feedback of someone having very, very similar problems.

The way I see it:  If you constantly experiment with this stuff and get real results, then over time you may trust the process you employ to get these results to provide valid information.  Proof of feedback, knowing what your eyes can see, etc.
