I have a rather annoying problem with my constructs at the moment. To give a brief back-story, I've been interested in psionics for 3 or 4 years now. I've been on SP since it started and I was on the last incarnation of Psiworld that came before it. I haven't done any psionics at all for about a year for various reasons, but I've recently come back to it. This is where the problem comes in.
Some of my skills, such as sensing, bizarrely seem to have improved. But making constructs now has a major drawback- they seem to fade away after as little as a couple of hours! I've never really had this issue before, and it's getting really annoying.
Is my programming just weak or something??

May I suggest shielding yourself and the constructs itself prior to programming.

Maybe try a different programming method? Or try to change the programming slightly?

I guess the first action would be to see what's causing the constructs to fade in the first place. Do they "leak" energy? If so, maybe shield it, as Aang suggested. I guess the solution depends on what's causing the problem.

I think you've always had this issue, but sensing being better, you're able to see it.

Remember, your abilities are an extension of who you are. So after significant training the term of "grow as a person, grow in all areas of life" applies those.

The old way you make constructs may mirror yoru old way of thinking.

the best way to program energy out of yuo is the same way you naturally program inside of you. look at the way you think now and try to mirror that into yoru construct creation.

Also it could be an energy block. Kundalini fire clears those if you have that reiki or ability. If not, go to your block clearing specialist.

They are created by behaviors of course but the behaviors are harder to change with the energy block cause its blockign energy from manifesting physically. zero in on behaviors and clear block and keep changing is my suggestion IF that's the problem.

From there it's all leg work so this post is done.

Ok guys, thanks for the help. I've started making my constructs with more intent, especially when I program them. This seems to help - they last for much longer.

You might want to try making non-pseudophysical constructs.. e.g. making constructs that don't have any physical existence that you can sense.  And then try to bring it into physical form.  That may help.
