I started actively practicing exercises from liber null two days ago. I thought it was a good idea to post my progress in here. I also recommend everyone to take a look at K-Mentalz liber null journal.
Goals Liber MMM Mind Control: - Motionless - Breathing - Not - Thinking - Object concentration - Sound concentration - Image concentration - Metamorphosis

So, the first exercises is called "Motionless". The goal of the exercises is to stay motionless for 15 minutes. I layed down on my back, closed my eyes and tried not to move. I was a bit bored lol, but I haven't acknowledged any movements, bigger or smaller(tougne, fingers). I decided to start counting. I didn't have a wrist watch, nor a cell phone on witch I could activate the alarm to ring after 15 mins. I decided to calculate the time by my breathing. I was aware that I was breathing slower than the actual time was passing. When I inhaled I counted "1", when I exhaled I counted "2". After I counted 60, I knew I spent much more time laying than 1 minute, so I counted that instead of one minute I spent two minutes, and so on as I reached 10 = 20 real minutes. 1 breathing minutes = 2 real-time minutes. During the exercise I noticed some colors in the blackness (since my eyes were closed). After 10 real-time minutes passed, I didn't want to move at all.

05.06.2011 - Motionless I did a small experiment ... I decided to exercise "Motionless" for exactly 10 minutes. This time, I set the alarm to ring after 10 minutes. Then, just like yesterday, I lay on my back, closed my eyes and didn't move. I used the same breathing pranayama as yesterday (3/3/3), so I used the breathing calculation. After 3 and a half breathing minutes passed, the alarm on my cell phone ranged. I found that to be shocking, as I thought I spent only 6 real-time minutes laying. So this discovery led me to change my thoughts on how much time I've spent yesterday practicing. I decided to multiply one breathing-minute by 3 real-time minutes. So yesterday I haven't practiced for 20 real-time minutes, but 30. I found this to be encouraging, as I've passed this exercise in first attempt.

06.6.2011 - Motionless
Today, I tried new things. I tried doing motionless with my eyes opened, I managed to persist for 20 minutes. In the start, I tried not to blink but every 7-10 secs I had to. Later on, I found no use of trying to influence blinking process, so I continued with the excercise fully concentrating on my breathing cycle. After some time passed, I noticed tears flowing from my eyes. I think that happened because I didn't blink for a longer period. Despite the tears, I wasn't moving (except my eye-lids ofc). After 20 minutes, I got up. Then, I lay down to practice again. This time with my eyes closed. I wasn't moving, and everything went as planned. I was practicing for 20 minutes. I find it very hard to concentrate on my breathing cycle with my eyes opened, rather than closed. In this week, I'll experiment with sitting poses, I'll try to practice motionless sitting. Whatever I do, I'll keep you posted.
Review: 20 minutes of "Motionless" (eyes opened) - tears flowing, harder to concentrate on breathing cycle. 20 minutes of "Motionless" (eyes closed) - easier to focus on breathing.

Nice and congratulations for completing the motionless training. Im glad to see that there is someone else going through the training process with me.
I like the fact that you used an alarm to track your time. Lol, I don't know why using an alarm to keep track of time never crossed my mind. I will be sure to use one during my next training session.
As for trying to keep your eyes open, a little technique I tried and found to be quite successful was to lower your eye-lids as if you were looking downwards. This will cause less air exposer and irritation to the eye. While doing this technique, it will also help if you focused on a small point or fixed area. I found this to be effective because as I focused more on the small point, I focused less on the irritation of my eyes and minor itches across my body.
The first time I tried this technique, I did it laying down while focusing my eyes upon a pink sticky-note posted on my wall. Because I was on my bed and the sticky-note was higher than my bed, it forced me to expose more of my eyes since I had to look up. The second time around, I focused my eyes on my feet as I lied on my bed. This time, it forced my eyes to look downward and my eye-lids where lower. Even though I was not able to time exactly how long I did not blink, I did notice that I did blink fewer times than I did while focusing on the sticky note.
I hope that helps and good luck on your training!

07.06.2011 - Motionless + BreathingToday I decided to try the second exercise called "Breathing". The goal of the exercise is after staying motionless for 15 minutes, to deliberately make your breathing slower, thus using full capacity of your lungs without straining. You should keep that up until you have reached 30 minutes. So it's fifteen minutes for motionless, and another fifteen also for motionless but this time with deep breathing. I've stayed motionless for exactly 15 minutes, then I started to make my breathing slower but much more deeper, until it became barley noticeable. After 35 minutes of practicing, I got up. I've been using the technique that K-Mentalz suggested me, It turned out to be true. It's less irritating, and It really narrows down the number of blinks while practicing. This exercise is very relaxing, at one moment I almost fell asleep Review: Motionless + Breathing = 35 minutes EDIT I added a list of goals in my first post... If the name of any exercise is crossed that means that I had fulfilled the requirements to pass on the next exercise. That doesn't mean that I mastered that exercises... I don't believe in any kind of perfection or mastery.
