For the next 2-4 weeks, I will be reading the Liber Null and going through some of the training mentioned within the book. My journal posts will mainly consist of the records of my training, so that way I can track my progress. Because I am taking a summer class, I may or may not train everyday due to the fact of school work. So, I may or may not post everyday, but I will try my best to read the book and record my training.

Day 1: So, I have gotten to the first part of the training which is "Motionlessness." It requires a person to stay motionless for +15 minutes before moving on to the next step. The first time I tried, I moved within the first 30 seconds because I had a very irritating scratch on my nose. So, I tried a second time and this time I barely succeeded by lying motionless on my back for exactly 13 minutes. Even though I am happy with the time I got, I am disappointed about my seldom blinking during the process because the training says try not to blink your eyes. Im going to try going the the motionless training again sometime tomorrow night to see if I can go through it for a whole 15 minutes without blinking as much as I did today. So, that is all for day 1.

Hey man, I just wanted to wish you luck with your training. If blinking bothers you, then just simply practice with your eyes closed.

Day 2: Since I barely stayed motionless for 15 minutes during my previous training session, I decided to give it one more try. This time I used the alarm on my phone to let me know when the 15 minute mark has been reached. I did this exercise just a few minutes ago, and I was successful this time Wink! I used he "lowering of the eye-lids" technique as I did last time and I blinked less often as a result of it. Now that I have passed this exercise, I will move onto the next one and go through it tomorrow night.

Oh yeah, good luck to you to Dante_pk.  Smiley

How has your practice been coming along?
