Mine is up to 30 minutes, which causes me to create gusts in the process subconcicously. That actually happends in about 10 minutes increasing every few minutes creating larger gusts. I also astral after a while. What is your experience.

~5 hours. I was doing a sort of void meditation, about 20 minutes in I entered a state of mind where I wasn't thinking, just kind of aware. I lost almost 5 hours of my life, because that's how long it took me to come back to thought. It was really, really lame, and I was mad.

That's a lot of time. I'm not that patient but I have to try to increase my time although it's hard with distractions. You're pretty experienced. When I meditate for 30 minutes I feel light headed and weightless, rested and full of energy which is expected after a good meditation but after doing five hours I bet you're pretty detatched from the world and better at energy work. Props to you.

It's not so much the time spent, its more about the quality. I never intended to meditate for 5 hours, it just kind of happened. I don't remember how much better I was at energy work but I was definitely detached from reality.

If you allow sitting up and break the meditation for about 30 seconds every hour or so, than all night (7-8 hours maybe). I was testing the idea that one could meditate instead of sleeping. It was better than not sleeping, but not as good as actually sleeping.
If that is not allowed, then about 6 hours.

The longest I've meditated for was about four hours. I prefer shorter more frequent meditations rather than one great big long one though.

I'll try using limited breaks to increase duration.

Hour and a half. I was trying to AP. Sadly, no success. EDIT: Well, I started trying to after about an hour because I started getting vibrations.

40 minutes - consciously meditating Not sure if it still counts if 40 minutes later, I found myself in otherworldy. Still being able to hear background noise(physical noise). Get lost and get back to my body bout an hour later.

Same. I don't normally meditate.
