I lay down and breath clearing my mind of everything after about one or two minutes I feel a strong warmth, some tingling on my torso,  (sorry if I spelled that wrong) and an intense feeling that is hard to describe. Also when I attempt to make a psi ball I feel like something is kinda on my hand, but not and also some tingling. Am I doing it right, or is it just my imagination playing tricks on me? ( thanks ahead of time to anyone who answers and I'll give my method if you want)

That's exactly what I do, and I got the same results.

Yeah that sounds like some pretty good results, i did the same thing last night and felt a nice cold feeling above my hand when i did it, usually i get tingly

Before, I was feeling coldness moving on my back from my upper hips to my left shoulder or on random directions.... Is this Psi I'm feeling? Sometimes, i can feel heat instead of coolness

from what i understand, psi/energy can be felt as different things. Some people feel magnetism, some cold, hot, tingly, "static", and other feelings. To be honest, i usually feel magnetic between my hands, and tingly else where (i am still working on it) but this was the first time ive felt coldness, but i also kinda just "knew" that i was feeling the right thing. Don't try too hard to feel something, because then you overlook the feelings that you are actually searching for
