I've read about some people getting cold hands when harnessing energy or shielding, but my hands actually get hot or very warm. I also at one point felt extremely tingly all over, but I don't know if that's relevant.

You must be very sensitive to energy, then, like myself.  People can be sensitive to energy and make them hot, cold, feel staticy, or many other things.  Tingliness is also something that people can feel.  People may also feel magnetic-like when making psiballs, such as their hands coming together.

Okay, thanks for confirming. Smiley I haven't felt my hands being drawn together so much as being unable to move them apart without quite increased effort, which I guess could be in the same family.

The main sensation you get is a tingeling when sorounded by psi. It's very commom when you get to learn how to manipulate all types of energy. Good luck.
