Though more spiritual traditions like yoga and buddhism would argue otherwise to an extent, many tend to believe the astral plane IS the "afterlife world." So if you can astrally project (which, as should be noted, is different from mental projection, which is commonly confused for and taught as astral projection by some psions and new agers who don't know the difference), you've technically already achieved what your asking about.

When you die, your soul or someone else will take you there. Until then, the gates tend to be closed to living mortals anyway, so don't worry much about it. :p

im not christian, my belief is close. I believe then I die my soul will go to tunel attached on my head and after I die it will disconnect and I will have my own universe. In that universe i will be almighty and God of my universe. Tunel is gate to my universe. Sorry for bad english

That's fine then.  But im not christian either, and christianity most certainly does not own the copyright on beliefs about the after life anyway. Out of curiosity though, does this mean you don't believe in reincarnation; or does your universe evolve along with your soul with each incarnation? ~:Shin:~ |

I don't know much about your beliefs or practices, so I won't call you anything. But to answer your question, many people tie themselves to one belief and feel threatened by any other they come into contact with. And in fear, they attack. Your the first person I've met who has such beliefs, but im a melting pot of traditions and philosophies myself, so im in no position to critizise someone for being different.  ~:Shin:~ |

Mormonism has a similar belief. When they die they become a deity, to do with their power as they wish. Its kind of a "we're all gods children so we have to gain traits from god" They also believe that the god we currently have used to be a man to...
