Quick question... how do you get over how people think and feel about you and psi?
Also how do you 'break thru' or have that moment when psi is going to (lack of a better pharse) come in your life?
How does it work?

I don't practice much ritualistic magick, other than sigils. So I simply don't tell anyone. They can't be weirded out by not finding an altar with a pentagram network of multicolored candles; right? The only physical evidence that shows I'm into this stuff is the occasional sigil, and I usually find creative places to hide them. (Read: Open fields, mall foodcourts, ect.) Other than the online community, only one person knows I'm at all spiritual, and she only knows I do sigils once in a while. She actually doesn't even understand or know what they are...

Her: Kinda like sacred geometry?
Me: I dunno what that is, but probably...

Other than that, the only people who would know I was into this stuff would be hypocritical on calling me out on it. (Read: They'd be using telepathy to some extent.)

I don't bring it up, but if someone else did, I'd probably go with it. I had some really good conversations on Lucid Dreaming when I found out one friend forced them, but I wouldn't have ever mentioned them to him.

Yeah, but not into that extend...it's more psi related... nothing to deal with magic..
It's that eureka moment sort of deals...
But you need to say something to order to get it...

Let me try rephrasing that question...

How did you find out you had psi and what was experience like?

You learn that the people who care about you accept you and the people who don't think you're crazy, insane, or just stupid.  Eventually, after about 8 years, you tend to stop caring what people think.

I don't think there's a 'moment'....for me anyway. If anything, you keep thinking and start realizing there's something out there, that's not part of the mainstream. You choose the path. The path doesn't choose you.

As for me, I always knew I had psi. I can't feel it (yet), but I know it's there. And how did i feel? At home. Like this was where I should be, this understanding and acceptance of myself was more powerful than the actual feeling of psi itself.
