Real practice: Rarely to never
Fake Practice: almost daily.

What I mean by fake practice is attempt to move something in my area by very meek will. The reason I do this isn't because I want to learn how to use PK. It acts as a reality check for lucid dreaming. I do it daily, every so often I do it in a dream, the thing moves, and I go lucid. From there the astral is my playground.

Real PK is something I'm thinking of picking up, which means practice in my near future, if I overcome laziness...

I practice at least once every day. Maybe aside from the odd day where I take a break.

I don't nessecarily practice for long every day, but at least a few minutes, until I have been able to move something.

Just don't... For the simple reason don't know how to get meditation or into a trance state...

always putting something into a dream journal though... beyond that... that's about it...

Meditation is not necessarily mandatory for PK practice, it just helps in varying degrees depending on the person.

I for instance don't meditate at all when I practice. I just sit down and start trying to move it right away, and slowly but surely it moves, and it becomes easier the longer I sit and practice.

i agree with Leysee, although meditation helped me to start using PK, It helps to be tired like right before you go to sleep when you practice.

and ive been practicing daily but i think im over practicing because i was getting better and better but then i startd to decline. I think ill try every other day and see what happenes

Same here. I always have the best results late at night. And sometimes really early in the morning.

Inception, much?

I don't get to practice that often.  I do try to practice when I can though, mostly with microPK dealing with luck/possibilities of things happening.

I practice once in a blue moon, more like every month or so....I have issues with making sure i have the right conditions, and something always distracts me from actually practicing (sp?).
