What's the best article you've seen for PK training. I'm looking for a more concrete method than "just do it".

I'm looking for a more concrete method than "just do it".

You will not find such an article. The reason why I say this is because how to do PK is more or less tacit knowledge. A person can give you exercises; however, the subjective associations, perceptions, and underlying psychological structures are tacit in nature where it can not be passed on easily through written language. A person can tell you their technique, but the technique corresponds to a lists of personal associations made by the person where they are tied to positive outcomes which where the associations are inherently subjective and would do you no good unless you shared a common psychological structure and/or common experiences with that person.

"Just do it" is an example of this. "Just do it" would correspond to a lists of subjective experiences which ties into a piece of tacit information. When a person "just does it", do they experience a subtle shift which alerts a part of their mind to do it? Do they feel a pressure? Is there an expectation of this pressure or shift which corresponds with the effect? Is there some abstract/conceptual trigger or mental gesture? What does this abstraction correspond to in regards to its meaning to this person? That being said, as far as techniques go, you will find articles that revolve around facilitation of psi conductive states versus concrete objective methods (since there are none). When I say there are none, I mean that I could experience x and associate x to doing PK in which this association results in a psychokinetic action versus a person who associates x to PK where they get nothing or where a person experiences y and associates it to PK where they get results. Since this is tacit in nature, there would be no secret technique to get x to work for you, since it relies on implicit basic properties which go into your makeup outside of gross psychological manipulation which still might not get you results. You can use a normative study that analyzes implicit tacit influences on a group of people to formulate a lists of norms, possibly, but that be objective in the normative sense where it would lose consistency outside of that group.

Since it is hard to capture these experiences in language, most people do not possess the ability to verbally explain how they do it which is how you get the just do it phrase outside of metaphorical or abstract language which would be hard for a person to understand if they did not have similar archetypes in mind where it lies in the phenomenology of that person.

This is actually why it is hard to apply various interpretations of learning paradigm to psychokinesis, because how it is experienced is inherently subjective thereby making it idiosyncratic and fine tuned to the person who has learned to consciously use their abilities via connecting the dots between spontaneous manifestations gross and consistent enough to give feedback; however, if one does not have such an experience, one can not connect the dots between one's experience and the manifestation seeing that there is no experience to begin with.

You can divide knowledge, in this case, into knowledge of what or knowledge of that versus knowledge of how where knowledge of how is tacit, implicit, and linked to phenomenological aspects (intentionality being the well known one) where anomalous cognition and psychokinesis would be knowledge of how. A way for a person to learn tacit information is through imitation where the implicit aspects of the person are imitated via adopting common memes. For example, some people learn PK when seeing another person perform PK. Memes may contribute to how psychic abilities sometimes circulate within families (it would be contingent and contribute to the psychic phenomena, but not be the root since thatever does psi is more basic to the brain and thus more basic to psychosocial frameworks).

Since telepathy transmits tacit information, it is possible for a telepath to learn a skill from a person via absorbing the how from their mind; however, the knowledge of how is intertwined with implicit properties of their personality; therefore, a telepath would have to channel that person until the skill is learned by them making it so that they can not use this skill without tapping into that persona. This does not just apply psi based skills. It can spread to such traditional  skills as how to draw, do forms of math, craft things, etc. For example, I am capable of learning how to do things, even if the semantic knowledge is missing, at an exponential pace due to the ability of my mind to paranormally extract information (I am using paranormal because it can be via clairvoyance or telepathy or both since the exact mode of transference would be unknown).

As far as a good article, I would recommend:

I cannot provide an article at the moment, but I must say that there certainly is a conctrete method for pk. The problem is that its so simple everyone overlooks it, even though its in the very name its self.

Psychokinesis is made of two greek words. Psyche, origionally meaning soul, and in modern times often translated simply as mind; and Kinesis, which means movement or change.

Thus, psychokinesis is quite simply a matter of using a psycho-emotional force (ie, the substance the mind is made of, called Psi Wink ) to conciously cause physical movement or change.

Sure, there are lots of ways you can visualize, manipulate this or that energy, or do some exotic chant and dance. But it all boils down to the same thing, Psycho-Kinesis. So even if your as vague as "just do it, its all subjective and no one knows how it works" the name its self tells you exactly what to do. Smiley

Now, training that psycho-emotional force to be strong enough to actually move something physical is another matter entirely. But when it comes time to actually do it, its not a complex thing at all. The simplicity of it is actually very mind blowing, especially once you experience it first hand. Wink
