Slacked of from practicing energy work for a bit. I'm not sure if I need practice anymore or if I just think I do. Stolide said when he was a member of this forum that you don't have to be great at psionics due to constantly practicing. That once you get the jist of it it just works automatically. I get peeks during the week where I can do energy work better depending on my mood, the day, or if I feel motivated. So it all depends how my energetic body functions as a whole. I don't practice regularly so I'm thinking if I did I would be expetionally more advanced. Then I see myself during certain practice sessions that I'm creating gusts close to light gales when I'm in a focused state. Especially when I gather loads of external energy. Yet when I gather that much energy I overload and feel kind of nasaus and my eye sometimes twitches by itself. I know it's dangerous to overload on psi so I ground and release the excess when I'm done.

I wonder if I can create a powerful enough gust close to a gale to do some serious damage outside during a calm day. I've tried this before and it wasn't close to a gale but it caused leaves to scatter all around the street from all corners of the block. Large objects started to move like bottles and cans, papers easily scattered everywhere. I'm going to try to create a humangous construct and blow it up see how much I can force out to get some force gusts. I did a medium construct not to long ago and branches almost hit an old lady. I don't want to hurt anyone during my practices because I don't use my abilities for evil.

So it was very cold outside and I couldn't get much privacy to really get a good gust going but I created a few strong breezes. I put three leaves on the ground and moved them a few steps using tactile thought, feeling and visualizing a gust growing and covering my back sending it forward. Then I rustled trees around my sorroundings a bit and then stopping them using my eye chakra.

I think I've gone over this topic a few times but I need to say it again. When you're creating a PK manifestation on wind or any other element there is no need to exert your self or charge up with energy. It takes just precise focusing on the goal and sensing your surrounding as well as psi. With just enough awareness of what you'd like to do it will happen. The thought creates the manifestation so even if you have excessive psi it will not activate and just stay there. I can create huge gusts without charging because I just use thought to direct the event. I simply use the just do it method. Direct Inent uses just thoughts and commands to cause manifestations. I do still use old methods at times because the just do it method is pretty difficult to grasp and it takes dedication. I've had success with it but I like to use other methods too like visualizing and feeling. Direct intent uses a single thought to influence or create a non existing phenomenon. For example think of the trees rustling fast and gusting in the speed of 30 miles per hour. As you apply that thinking continuously the tree leaves will start reacting. It's the same principle like moving the psi wheel.

Today is the last day of 2011. I'm taking all the good things and bad things I've done and sealing them away. Starting a fresh start with a new year and with hopefully new and better experiences. To meet new challanges, achieve new things and get better at current challenges. I want to excell and improve, meet new people and have more freedom. I hope this following year will bring happiness and health not only to me but to all, if not for the whole year then for any amount of time. The world is full of hardships and pain but what brings it together is a little kindness and love from you to another person. Love is the greatest power, not making a pencil move or making the wind blow.

I'm feeling a lot better lately, have more positive emotions and when I'm positive my PK gets more in tune.

    I'm trying to promote my site and get more followers. I'm available as a tutor on Wind PK. So post on the forums on my site I will help as much as I'm capable of. Thanks in advance.

Currently I've had bipolar episodes and depression but I'm feeling better with an adittion to lithium and other meds I take. I'm getting a new therapist and psychiatrist so that will help too. No interest in doing PK. My PK doesn't even work anymore. My illness hurts my abilities. I can tell from stolides leaving that he was probably having a tough time. I have schizoeffective disorder just like he has or similar there are different types of this disorder. Well read my articles and this journal, I have good info especially in psionic haven, which is my official site for pk. It's tough for me but I see a bright future for me, I'll never give up on life and my goals. Peace and love to all the members here, you are all like family to me. Hope for more updates on my PK when I feel better.

So today is a sunny day, I'm going to create a shielding type construct which I have before. I'm not sure if it's a shield more than just a bubble of energy expanding around me. When I do this technique the wind picks up fast. Also I like to picture things before me to create a gust, like a spinning cyclone or even just a thought that the wind will pick up. When I stop the wind I get my mind into a thoughtless state. Thoughts create manifestations if used by a psion. So I lose all thoughts about the wind and divert my thinking to calmness and peace of mind. The wind stops, then I start thinking about the wind and there she blows again. lol.

Nothing new to post, I'm feeling great Mentally and PK wise but I'm signing out of the project that statrted here not my number one priority right now and no time to do it at the moment. Maybe in the future I'll do it on a different Project but I'm singning of on this one. Although the people doing it, good luck
