I can see sparks of color spontaneously come and go in my vision within two seconds. Dark shadows seem to move around in the corner of my eyes. If I also stare at my hands in the night then I can swear something seems to be flowing between my fingers, sometimes even seeing something akin to a blue spark moving here and there. Is this psi? Absolutely not; they can be explained by the tricks the eyes can play upon people.

Nope if you read carefully he says bubble around it, not floaters. My first inclination is afterimage, here's a test, neo. Turn off lights in your computer room (or don't, just increases notice-ability), hold your hand up to the screen, and look at the tips of your fingers. Is what you see when you do this the same thing? If so, it's an afterimage.

i know there not floaters but right now i wont be able to know if it is an after image because it is morning

but it did not move and i was walking so it couldnt be because when i usually see floaters they move as i move...the leaf was almost completely surrounded by the transparent thing

Hm. Well, I know what you mean, to an extent. If I close my eyes for long periods of time or do some meditation then when I wake up everything has a blue/red-ish hint in its outline. It doesn't follow with the movement of my eyes either; I can look at the object for a second, look away, then look right back and still see the colored outline. This only lasts for about two minutes though. Is this more similar to what you are referring to, minus the color part?

yea it is sort of like that but the color was only black outline with a white inner outline... but it was after school and i just ,on a regular basis ,focus on my energy flow. like absorbing energy and then releasing it

Well, sorry I can't help you any further. Guess I don't know what you are referring to  If I find something similar to what you're saying then I'll give you a heads-up. For now, just keep on experimenting. Check if you can see the outline thing by will or if it's a random coincidence.
