Well, how do you incorporate meditation into your daily lives?

I usually take some minutes out of my day and just clear my mind. Every time I sit and am about to do something that's bound to take a long I take a deep breath, exhale, and just sit there doing nothing. While I'm doing nothing I try to increase the feelings that are going through my body, riding in the sensations it brings upon me. After taking about ten seconds I'm ready to go. Also when I'm walking to class or to a store I just focus on what's ahead of me and nothing more. I try to view every moment of free time I have as a period to chill.

Meditation really helps out my life.  It will make you less stressed and more focused.  My day usually goes a lot better if I manage to find a quiet place to meditate for a while.

If you're religious prayer is a good way of meditation.  If you're not, well, talking to yourself in your head works fine, too. Tongue
