Hey guys, I'm gonna share a bit of success, and hopefully encourage my fellow newbies.
I used to play around with making psi balls and trying to move the psi wheel several months ago. I fell away from it for whatever reason, but for the last week, I've been playing around again. I've always had trouble 'sensing' psi energy, psiballs and whatnot, but now (after meditating nightly) I feel like it's just out of reach, like if I keep trying, I'll have it shortly. Tonight, I sat down and made a new psi wheel. I meditated for about 5 mins, trying to feel the psi flowing through me, and all that jazz, and began to focus my attention on the wheel. Nearly immediately it began to spin, slowly mind you, but spin none the less. After several rotations, I tried to change direction, and sure enough, it slowed to a stop, and began rotating clockwise. I was thrilled! I played with this for a bit, reversing direction and stopping the wheel, then moved it a few feet away to see if I could spin it from a greater distance. Unfortunately I was only able to make it rotate about a centimeter (1/8 of a turn for my wheel), but it was still cool. I am going to continue to work on this nightly, but I must stop for now, due to a headache. I will try to work on making the wheel spin faster, and controlling it from a distance, but I thought I'd share this with the community. I'm super excited about it (just in case you can't tell), and hopefully it will encourage someone whose having a bit of trouble. Good luck!

PS: if anyone has any tips on sensing or scanning for psi, I'd greatly appreciate them. I've read all the articles here, and am working on it, but until I can do that, my progress with energy manipulation is extremely minute. Thanks Guys!

Why not make a log in the "Online Journals" section? I want to hear your progress with PK and sensing psi.

I'm glad to hear you're making progress! Grin You should consider making a log here. It can be very helpful. I also want to say that scanning and sensing energy isn't really too hard. Just practice by laying a psi ball in your palm and see if you can feel it. You can also try this on plants, rocks, pets, ect. You might feel tingling, warmth, cold, or something else. Soon, feeling energy can be as natural as seeing or hearing.
