Okay, so we just hit a huge landmark for the site, reaching 500 members and getting to be online for 1 year, we need some new articles.  If you are experienced in one of the topics I am listing below, feel free to PM me and give me an outline for what you are going to write about.  The minimum words required for the final article must be 800 words.  Maximum can be whatever you can imagine.  If you have less than 800 words, I will have to make sure it covers ALL areas of the topic you are writing an article about.

This will be on a first-come first-serve basis on articles, but if you wish to write about a specific sub-topic about the article and think you can do at least 800 words and do a very good job on it, then feel free to post on this thread.

Some things to consider when writing articles:

• Don't use kindergarden language.
• Use correct grammar.
• Use correct usage of words.
• Keep everything in a logical order.
• Avoid cursing.
• Do not give only book definitions.  Explain every single part of what you are saying, even if you think it sounds stupid to.  If you are writing an article about psiballs(please, don't), you must explain how to make one step by step, even explaining what psi is.

  I would also like to get three people who would be willing to read the articles and help me edit them.  I will be brutal.  I take grammar and content very seriously and I'm sorry if you get offended if you write an article and I tell you either to redo it, don't try again, or whatever else.  I'm looking forward to hearing some replies and seeing what you guys can do.  When you select an article, make an outline like this, along with answering some questions:

  If you want to add anything else to this(I know it's basic, it's borderline, so you should add more), feel free just to add it in the outline.

  I forgot to mention that once you decide on the article you are going to write, I'll give you two weeks to at least have a first draft finished.  If the two weeks are up and you have nothing at all, the article will be open for other people.

Anyhow, my schedule's hectic for a month and in all likelihood more, so I guess we won't get to find out.

I am bumping this thread because I have received absolutely no requests to write an article, or anything like that.  I would like to see a few members at least offer this, if they can.

My experience is limited, but I'd like to help if I can. I'm sure I have at least a basic understanding of most subjects; I'm sure on a select few I have proficient skill/practice, but whatever the case I'm determined to post some articles for your site, with the required training, research and your approval, of course.

I'd prefer that AdFeng him/herself would edit my articles, but I can deal;
You can post the articles wherever you want-if you give proper credit and do not defile the information within.

I'm currently working up an article on the basics of scientific research. We may not be able to perform full-blown cientific research in laboratory conditions, but that doesn't mean we can't conjure up some significant, reliable evidence. The problem is that many peple don't know how to go about this, so I think there is a definite need for an explanation.
