Hello Fellow Psions, i have read the all articles on healing and it just never seems to work D:, i mean I've gotten bad headaches and i have tried to heal them but that doesn't work, and if i get pains i try to heal them but they still don't work. Please help me  . Thank You, ~Robbie |

Well, i get energy form objects around me and bring it inot my body and to where it hurts, then i take the energy (only the one i got from around me) and try to carry it out of my body but it always seems to either go away then come back a lil later, OR just stay >.<

No offense mate, but the articles I have read said to extract the negative energy, put it away somewhere or convert it, then make sure you get your energy rolling to the area where it hurts so it can heal. You can also use surrounding energy to "wash out" the negative energy. Then you can use the surrounding energy to patch up the damage. Just deprogram the negative energy of your signature, while making sure you don't subconsciously attract the negative energy. Can you also please check twice on what you write? I had a hard time on understanding your message.

Yeah,, pretty much what issacweirdo said. Also, sometimes I try to think of the cause of the pain and think of how it could be fixed and then visualize that. For example, I scrape my knee, so then I imagine the blood clotting to form a scab and then picture the dead cells being replaced with new ones until the cut is all gone

I do something similar. I see all of the energy from that area going away.
Or, I do something much better. Meditate. When you meditate you focus your attention away from the headache. I get really, really bad headaches once in a blue moon and instead of taking medicine I meditate for about 10 minutes and it's relieved for a while. Also, sleeping can help get rid of them. If all else fails, I'm sure an advil or something of the such wouldn't hurt, unless your doc says don't take any or any of that stuff.

You see my friend, that you have many options on how to heal headaches like new energy waves or replacing the negative energies and even many more that just depends on how you develop with the skills.
