yeah i find that when im having a relly good practice like i have complete control i get a tingley feeling in my fingers (wich is probibly just mental)

Ever wondered why people say they feel something and then immediately attribute it to a more likely cause? Makes no sense whatsoever to say you feel psi in your fingers and then say your probably making it up. Where do mental blocks come from again?

well i do pk alot and i dnt always get the tingley feeling so that that means the feeling in my fingure isnt nessisary for pk, so its probibly not the energy causing the feeling...you kinda have to experiment before definativly saying anything...also another good point ive seen is that we're moving very small things (relativly) so its kinda like if you were to move the same object with your fingure theres not real "feeling" as in like you dnt relly feel the exertion of force from your muscle because the object is so small, we'll probibly have to start moving bigger objects before we get that 'feeling' of exertion in pk.

Well, to get away from the whole blocks on fingers then just don't use it anymore. Using hands for PK is just for show; supposedly using ones mind and visualizing the outcome is equally as effective in comparison to using ones hands and trying to mentally push an object through their hands.

well its not just for show even though there may not be a need for the hands the way our brains are wired (i dnt mean to soeak for everyone maybe its just me lol) its easyer to do pk when the hands are involved, even if my hands are behind my back using  a slight fingure motion makes it much easyer to feel like you have control.

No, it's not just you. A lot of people do the same thing. I might have exaggerated on the part where I said using hands and solely visualizing the outcome is equally as effective.

I'm pretty good at pk and when I'm doing it I usually feel a tingly bloodrushing feeling in my arms and head.
