I think the feeling is all in you head. So many people say that they get a feeling that you expect to have a feeling and thus do. Who knows, though. I mean when I do psychokinesis I either feel nothing or sometimes get this feeling of pressure where my third eye chakra is

I think meushiman is spot on. When I used to be a psion I would have this tingling sensation, while having some adrenaline pumping through my veins. Sometimes I would feel heat, but it mostly mattered if I read some articles about psi balls prior to the manipulation of psi.

I agree. I mostly use that trigger to make my subconscious think I'm doing pk so it knows to move whatever object in front me.

It could also be the type of person you are. It helps to know your personality and some sensations can be triggered by pk and psionic activities. It can also be triggered by other past events. So it is possible to have feelings when doing pk. Sometimes it can also be headaches or some other body pain.

Ever wondered why people say they feel something and then immediately attribute it to a more likely cause? Makes no sense whatsoever to say you feel psi in your fingers and then say your probably making it up. Where do mental blocks come from again?

Actually it does make sense Dr. P. For all you know the person can be making up the feeling of something similar to psi. It's better to get validated by a psionics expert before moving into conclusions that you are doing the right thing, since the person might improve on something detrimental to their psionics training. Skepticism is a good thing, especially when it comes to sensitive topics like psionics. By the way, I get tingly feelings all over my body but that doesn't automatically mean it's psi. One must take into account of other possible factors.

I am just saying. I am curious as to how, that if you don't believe what you are feeling is psi, then how was it a good practice? Sure I get aches all the time but I don't automatically assume they are all attributed to having a spine three sizes to small. But if I go and refracture it, I should know that "ouch this hurts, that back pain is from the fractured vertebra". Not, "ouch, my back hurts, I am probably just imagining it". But yes, I agree that not every tingle is psi.

Well, I was more attesting to the claim, "Ouch, my back hurts, but I'm going to keep conclusions to myself until I can collect sufficient evidence to conclude...". I'm not saying that you don't believe what you are feeling is psi, but more like one is not "closing the case", such that a solution was found and that it is definitely psi without argument. This is where the expert comes in if the debate whether it was psi or not is open. The expert has experience and can prove to others they possess abilities; obviously they must at least have a good amount of control over psi.

I don't believe what I feel is psi honestly. I am just here for the same reason as you, apart from actual practice.
The tingly feelings people get probably are mental. But still, mental tinglys do not a good practice make. That was the main purpose of my statements. Apart from having fun of course. I get to lonely here....

Guys, Stay on topic here. So this topic really need some clarification. We need someone who has total control even with small pk and ask what he is feeling during his pk.

You don't. I usually only feel the energy when I'm channeling it to make something very big or charging my shields. I'm super-sensitive to energy, though.
