For you to create such a thoughtform, you would have to have a rudimentary idea of what telepathy is and how it works. Once this is done,  you should decide how to create said thoughtform based on your own strengths and the specifics of you, and your friend's, practices.

Why not just make a link and transfer your thoughts that way? It must be much easier to do that.. Just have a shield up.
