I have seen names as peoples signatures. By names I mean a cool design with their name in it. I know that stolide and nervous have them. How do you make them.

I personally had other people make it for me. (I don't use them anymore.)

Someone uses photoshop, gimp, or another image-editing program and makes them with that.  I'm no good at it.  It's hard to make, and hard to do, so if you find someone that will be willing to make it for fun and free go right ahead.  Make sure the signature isn't too big.

The standard is that you take a photo you like, modify it a bit by smudging and erasing on multiple layers that are copies of the same image. Also, one typically applies various filters in conjunction with the previous notion, until one arrives with an image that one sees fit. Then one adds text in an unusual font, of the user's name.
