I have been hearing that it is easier to facts when you are in a trance or meditation. I have heard of people flaring easier or making stronger force bubbles while meditating. What is your favorite meditation to focus?

Yeah, meditation gets you more connected to the subconscious mind.
Favorite is either void meditation or one of the visuals I made, most often used, is probably focusing on music, or just plain deep breathing.

I like one Buddhist method that brings you to empty mind state. It's quite easy.
You just use abdomenal breathing and count your breaths. Start counting from 0 to 10 and then repeat at the beginning. Every time your mind wanders off from counting start all over. When you get better at it you can continue counting above 10 and by going over 200 should be very good but I never tried. By doing this you get better control over your mind and that way you are more focused.
