This is the scribble wall.

If you have something to say that's not big enough to be a real post or a real topic (less than 2 sentences), or if you just want to say something off-topic, put it here.

This is sort of like a chatroom/shoutbox in a thread.

Adfeng if this breaks any rules feel free to delete.  I figured this might be a good idea.

Say whatever you want here as long as it's not offensive, spammy, or in bad taste.

EDIT: Adfeng asked me to post this: (Italics n underline mine)

Welcome to the Scribble Wall.  This is a place where you can post a question that you would like an answer to, but it does not need to be discussed or isn't long enough to be a thread.  If you have any thoughts that you would like to post on anything, post in here.  Some basic rules:

1.  Keep questions brief.  If it takes more than about 25-30 words to ask your question, it should be a topic.

2.  Try to keep your answers to questions brief.  Quote the person you are answering in your post.

3.  Refrain from answering the same question from someone twice, unless you see someone's answer insufficient to adequately answer the question asked.

4.  Adfeng may ask you to make a topic using that question that you posed, if it looks like a good thread topic.  If so, please post that question/what you said into the appropriate board in a new thread.

5.  Try not to spam this thread.  The same forum rules apply(no double posting, no pointless messages).  Ask only a few questions per post.  If you have many questions about a certain subject(more than 5), then post a thread in that board with those questions.

Is there limit to psionics? I mean something like the movie 'push'.
How much potential human can develop? Is there something to do with human consciousness and our brain?

If you are really good at PK, can you actually unlocked doors that use manual keys?
How far can a programming/constructs go? Can it be affect the physical disruptions?

Last question^^,
who is the founder of psionics...lol

These sound like good questions for a thread.

Notagh, the idea for this is good.  I like it.

Quote from: Wikipedia/Psionics
B. P. Wiesner and Robert H. Thouless first proposed the term "psi" in 1942 as a more general term to include both extrasensory perception and psychokinesis. The original terminology proposal divided psi into psi-gamma, for cases of cognition, and psi-kappa, for cases of action. These terms were later modified into "passive psi" and "active psi".[1][2]

Later, John W. Campbell proposed the term "psionics", from psi (psyche) + electronics (machine), which implied that the paranormal powers of the mind could be made to work reliably.[3]

Personally, I doubt anyone can really know. The human mind is powerful, but the human is weak. We've got this veil in front of us that doesn't let us see anything but what can be easily comprehended.

The world tends to shun faith in favor of science, and empirical fact. Until we can step away from this, I don't see us unlocking human potential in this manner.

I have stickied this thread for a couple reasons.  Firstly, it provides a place to answer quick, brief questions and people can answer them in one post.  Secondly, it prevents many threads to be created by one person or many persons that only need a question asked.

Why do most psions/magis have a hard time going beyond moving pencils and small objects with TK?

On my opinion they are not strong enough to move bigger things.
I don't think that we know anyone who could move a chair.

I know that there put there because the strain would be too much on the body, but what if we create a construct that absorbs the strains that way we could turn off the safety locks?

I don't think the strain would be too much on the body, per se.  It's like you not normally being able to bench-press a truck.   (I assume.)
You could turn off the safeguards and lift, but you'd probably cripple yourself in the process.  However, some people who were either born mentally proficient or/and trained the right way, every day, for years might be able to lift the truck without turning off the safeguards, hence the reports of some people in Pog years ago who said they punched holes in doors and moved sofas.  (Without proof, it could be psychosis, but that's another discussion entirely, however.)

P.S. Thanks for neroposting on my thread so it gets locked ; (
