so im kinda new to psionics and i would like to learn how to psi fight. i have a friend who is also a member of this site and i would like to try to psi fight him. If some of you could please explain to me some basic well i guess you could call them moves in a psi fight.

On a more serious note, psionic spars should be taken seriously.  If you don't know what defense and offense is, then you don't need to know what sparring is.

Nor should you spar without a competent referee...
But I guess if you could tell who's competent you wouldn't need to worry about sparring wrong
