this is one of my healing techniques, it might already be written down here by someone else, or one very similar, but here it it:

To start off I just get in focus, deep breaths, and stuff.

I then close my eyes and try to pinpoint the wound/injury...

I place my hand over the area, it doesn't matter if it's underneat the skin. ( I just prefer to use my hands for this technique)
and kind of pull/absorb this type of black energy out of the wound, into my palm.

I quickly give my hand a shake and visualize the black energy leaving it, dispersing into the air.

Then, I visualize whit energy pouring from my palm into the wound, and imagine what it would look like to heal really fast, like skin knitting itself back together...

I suppose you could do this without your hands, but I prefer to use healing with my hands.

And that's about it. Smiley

You don't necessarily have to see it as black, it could be something else.  Whenever I heal someone I take some of my own energy that's in my energy body, and some other healing energy which is green and combine it together, then put it into the wounded area, and it usually helps stop the pain and heal faster.  This is mainly for physical wounds.  For energy wounds and things of that nature I speedheal, but that's a completely different concept and way of doing things...

I don't know, I just think some people prefer to have things set out in front of them y'know?
Instead of being allowed to do whatever.
But thats just my technique, there's hundreds out there...

It just depends on the type of energy used.

I suppose it would just be like removing the negative (blck) energy and replacing it with the positive (white) energy.
But some people don't believe in different types of energy, some people do. Its just in the manner of what you believe.
Although, if you believe in too much, your probably fluffy, right?

One question.  How do you know if the healing is working? I mean wounds heal on their own, so....

an open wound? maybe it would seal faster?
And for aches, less pain from it or maybe full relief?

I don't know if this is the right kind of place to start an argument, so I'm going to stop right now, the thread was meant for helping people...
